- ✓Compare loan costs from R5,000 to R350,000 over 1–6 years
- ✓Full NCA fee breakdown (initiation & R69/mo service fees)
- ✓100% free & non-binding – no impact on your credit score

Why "No Credit Check / Guaranteed Approval" Adverts Are Red Flags
Section 81 of the National Credit Act legally obliges every registered credit provider to assess your credit history and financial means before granting credit. Extending credit without an affordability check constitutes reckless lending.
However, different lenders weigh historical blemishes differently: if your recent 6 to 12 months of bank statements show stable income and clean debit order conduct, specialist consumer lenders may still approve a smaller loan amount at a risk-adjusted interest rate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a loan if I am currently under debt review?
No. While an active debt review flag (Section 86) is listed on your credit bureau profile, NCR-registered lenders are legally barred from granting further unsecured credit until a clearance certificate (Form 19) is issued.
